Packages ship out in 3-5 business days from point of ordering and are mailed from Calgary, AB.

Canadian Shipping - Orders are shipped via Lettermail for a flat rate of $3.

**IMPORTANT: Please note there is NO insurance, tracking, or coverage on letter mail packages.

**Once letter mail packages are dropped off at the post office, Mountains of Sleep assumes no responsibility if they become lost, damaged, or delayed. Lettermail can take 2-3 weeks on average to arrive, and on occasion, even longer.

U.S.A. Shipping Orders to the United States are shipped via Lettermail for a flat rate of $5. Please note that customs, duties, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, Mountains of Sleep assumes no responsibility if they become lost, damaged, or delayed.

RETURNS

Items purchased from Mountains of Sleep visual schedules are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges. For this reason, please be sure to order the correct product.

If a purchased item is received in a faulty or defective condition, please contact ashley@mountainsofsleep.com and I will work to resolve right away.  Defects must be addressed within 14 days of receipt, any issues arising after 14 days are deemed wear and tear and are not refundable.
